Playa Venao is Panama's premier surf destination — a consistent beach break on the Pacific coast that works for beginners and advanced surfers alike. Our certified surf instructors have been teaching on this beach for years and know every nuance of the wave.
The full-day session includes a morning theory and warm-up on the beach, followed by water sessions with continuous instructor feedback. Equipment — surfboard, leash, rash guard and reef-safe sunscreen — is all included.
Playa Venao's surrounding area is spectacular: dense jungle behind the beach, almost no development, and the kind of quiet that's increasingly rare on Central America's Pacific coast.
