Tours & Experiences

Curated adventures, nature encounters and cultural experiences across all of Panama.

What we offer

We don't sell tours. We curate experiences.

Every experience on this page has been personally vetted by our team. We only include guides we trust, routes we've walked and moments we've lived — nothing recommended without firsthand knowledge.

Small groups, certified bilingual guides, and a selection that spans adventure, nature, culture, gastronomy and wellness — across all seven regions of Panama.

Medical Tourism

Custom

Custom Medical Tourism — Every Journey is Unique

Panama is one of Latin America's premier medical tourism destinations: JCI-accredited hospitals, internationally trained specialists and procedures at a fraction of US or European prices. But medical tourism is not one-size-fits-all. The type of care, timeline, budget and recovery accommodations vary enormously — which is exactly why we don't list a fixed price.

🌿

Holistic & Integrative Medicine

Naturopathy, functional medicine, alternative therapies, plant medicine, IV nutrition and integrative oncology support. Panama has a growing and credentialed holistic health ecosystem.

Cosmetic & Aesthetic Surgery

Board-certified plastic surgeons with international training — rhinoplasty, body contouring, facelifts, liposuction, dental veneers and smile design. All at a fraction of US prices, with private recovery options.

🩺

Medical Treatment & Specialist Care

Orthopedics, cardiology, oncology support, chronic condition management and specialized diagnostics. JCI-accredited hospitals with English-speaking medical teams and international patient coordinators.

Because every case is different, we build each medical tourism plan from scratch: hospital selection, specialist matching, accommodation, airport transfers and post-procedure support. Start with a 30-minute advisory call.

The $30 advisory call is a one-time fee.

Nature & Wildlife

Sloths & Birdwatching

Panama is one of the world's most biodiverse countries — over 1,000 bird species and thriving wildlife just minutes from the capital. Here's exactly where to find them.

🦥

Osos Perezosos — Sloth Spotting

Two species inhabit Panama: the two-toed sloth (Choloepus hoffmanni), mostly nocturnal, and the three-toed sloth (Bradypus variegatus), which is easier to spot during the day. They are more common than most visitors expect.

💡 Best tip: look up into the cecropia trees (the ones with large lobed leaves). Sloths love them. Early morning is ideal.
