We don't sell tours. We curate experiences.
Every experience on this page has been personally vetted by our team. We only include guides we trust, routes we've walked and moments we've lived — nothing recommended without firsthand knowledge.
Small groups, certified bilingual guides, and a selection that spans adventure, nature, culture, gastronomy and wellness — across all seven regions of Panama.

CustomSloths & Birdwatching
Panama is one of the world's most biodiverse countries — over 1,000 bird species and thriving wildlife just minutes from the capital. Here's exactly where to find them.
Osos Perezosos — Sloth Spotting
Two species inhabit Panama: the two-toed sloth (Choloepus hoffmanni), mostly nocturnal, and the three-toed sloth (Bradypus variegatus), which is easier to spot during the day. They are more common than most visitors expect.
💡 Best tip: look up into the cecropia trees (the ones with large lobed leaves). Sloths love them. Early morning is ideal.
