This private session with a certified specialty coffee barista is designed for people who genuinely care about what they're drinking. Not a farm tour, not a history lesson — a focused, hands-on tasting that trains your palate to distinguish what makes Panamanian specialty coffee so sought-after globally.
The session opens with a side-by-side cupping of 4–6 varieties in the industry-standard format: same grind, same water temperature, same bloom time. You'll identify the flavor notes that separate a natural process Geisha from a washed Catuai — fruit, acidity, body, finish.
The second half covers extraction variables: grind size, water temperature, brew ratio and contact time. The take-home sample is a curated selection based on your taste preferences identified during the tasting.
