Panama produces some of the world's most celebrated coffees, and our certified baristas bring that story directly to your accommodation. Discover the difference between a Geisha, a Catuai and a Caturra — not just in taste, but in origin, altitude, and process.

The tasting covers the full journey: from how the coffee cherries are harvested on Chiriquí's volcanic slopes, through natural and washed processing methods, to the perfect brew for each variety.

A cacao version is also available — explore Panama's little-known indigenous chocolate tradition with raw cacao from Bocas del Toro and Darién, guided by a certified chocolatier.
